Massage Therapy
Décor:
From the brightly colored reception to the treatment rooms, this spa is freshly decorated. Its pale yellow walls and wooden furniture give it a professional look.
What:
This massage alleviates aches and pains, stress and fatigue. The therapist first performs an assessment of your soft tissue, including muscles and tendons, and then performs an hour-long massage with no gimmicks, it just pinpoints your aching muscles and works out any knots and tensions. The professional therapists employ a range of hands-on techniques to restore your body comfort.
Verdict:
This is more of a clinic than a spa and as a result the therapists seemed more informed about how massage can scientifically improve your wellbeing. As I was given the massage, the therapist explained my back problems in easy-to-understand scientific language and suggested ways to alleviate day-to-day muscle aches. This is a soothing rather than pampering experience, which leave your feeling refreshed and revitalized for days.
Best Bit:
Instant relief from muscle pain.
