Interactive Seminars: 'take wellness into your own hands'

These seminars provide your team with information about how to take their health and productivity ‘into their own hands’. Each seminar cover basic ergonomic/postural concepts for a certain body area (Neck; Upper back and Shoulders; Arms and Hands; Low back and Hips; Legs and Feet), with stretching demonstrations and participation. Also included are; practical stress-reduction tips, simple in-office hot and cold applications and demonstration of how to apply basic soft tissue muscular techniques yourself.

These seminars are designed to accommodate up to 20 staff per facilitator.
