Linda Shevloff of The Iyengar Yoga Centre will demonstrate the best poses for runners: open up your chest to maximize breathing, keep your shoulders back, stand tall, balance & of course strengthen & lengthen your legs.
Sher Martelle, Registered Massage Therapist with Sutherland-Chan Centre will instruct you in a self-massage routine for injury prevention & treatment. What hurts? We’ll work it out.
