CHRISTMAS GUEST THERAPIST

Anna received her Diploma of Massage therapy from Sutherland-Chan School (Canada) in 2002. Since graduating, she has worked in various private practices in Toronto treating athletes of all different levels. With a background in dance (she spent a summer training at our very own Jean M. Wong Ballet School!), she brings a unique knowledge of the body to her practice.

Anna is a great believer in lifelong learning and continues to add to her practice. She has taken courses in Cranio Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Advanced Soft Tissue Manipulation of the cervical spine, and also courses working towards a Diploma in Natural Nutrition.

Her interests include running, pilates, yoga, hiking and strength training. She has completed two half marathons and hopes to better her time.

Anna is looking forward to improving her Cantonese while here. Both of her parents are from Hong Kong originally but immigrated with their respective families to Canada in the 60s and 70s. Her parents are both back living in Hong Kong now, along with her sister, so she’ll be getting lots of practice!

Anna will be available December 27th, 28th, 29th (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) and January 3rd, 4th , 5th (Thursday, Friday, Saturday).
