Sutherland-Chan Centre is delighted to welcome Jeff Lenz, RMT!

Jeff received his Diploma of Massage Therapy from Sutherland-Chan School (Canada) in 2001. He has been practicing full time as a clinical & relaxation Massage Therapist in downtown Toronto ever since. He combines Swedish, Craniosacral (a gentle osteopathic technique), NISA (Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment) and Shiatsu massage techniques into his practice.

As well as varied massage techniques, Jeff also brings a history of competitive athletics to his treatment. He competed for six years as a Pairs Figure Skater, and he has also been involved recreationally with karate, triathlons, running, cycling, ultimate Frisbee, and curling.

Jeff’s varied athletic background, coupled with his extensive experience as a Massage Therapist, allows him to provide his clients with very unique, comprehensive and enjoyable treatments.
